もちろん本物のPickなのでギターを弾く事が出来ます。
デザインが日本のお守りをもとにしていますので、

The word ”GOUKAKUKIGAN" means going to the shrine to ask the gods that you will be able to pass university entrance exams or qualifying exams.
"No slips" means not getting a fail in the exams.
Of course, it's a real pick so it can be used to play the guitar.
The design is based on Japanese protection charms therefore even if you don't use it as a pick you can probably also carry it around as a lucky charm.
