パッケージに含まれていた全体の写真を見て分かるかと思いますが、
ドローン本体とプロペラを止める頭部の部品(X16-11_Nut)4個もありませんでした。
至急、こちらの部品も追跡番号付きで送ってください。
全ての問題を解決しない限り、クレームは取り下げません。

As you can see the picture of whole drone included in the package, I guess,
4 pieces pf the head parts connecting the main body of the drone and the propeller (X16-11_Nut) were also missing.
Please send these parts to me with a tracking number right away, too.
I will not withdraw my complaint unless all issues are resolved.

As you can see in the overall picture enclosed in the package, 4 pieces of the part (X16-11_Nut) for the head part to fix the drone itself and propellers were missing.
Please ship these parts with a tracking number ASAP.

As you can see the whole photo included in the package, there were no body of drone and four pcs of the parts(X16-11_Nut) of the head to hold the propeller.
