ログイン出来ないようです。送っていただいたUsernameで、“○○“から取得したパスワードをコピ－アンドぺ－ストしてログインしようとしても、”ERROR: The password you entered for the email address komakomori@gmail.com is incorrect. ”となってしまいます。
なにが原因かわかりますでしょうか？

It looks like the login has failed. Even though I tried to log in with the username you sent me with a password obtained from "OO", a message shows as ”ERROR: The password you entered for the email address komakomori@gmail.com is incorrect. ”

It seems that I cannot login. Even if you attempt to log in by copying and pasting the password acquired from "○ ○" with the Username you sent, an error stating "ERROR: The password you entered for the email address komakomori@gmail.com is incorrect." appears.
Do you know the cause behind this?
