1. Minimum single order purchase amount is $300 ex GST.
2. Special orders will require a 30% deposit before processing.
3. Stock will be shipped once full payment has been made including shipping.
4. Goods remain the property of Animeworks Pty Ltd until full payment has been made.
5. Pricing are close estimates and we reserve the right to adjust pricing which can be affected by Australian Dollar and shipping
costs.
6. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item has an incorrect price listed. In such an event the customer will be notified
and customer can cancel the item.
7. Orders are not refundable unless faulty or damaged. Any mi ssing/damaged stock must be reported within 2 days fro m
confirmed delivery.

７．商品が偽物または破損している場合を除き注文の返金は不可能です。紛失または破損した在庫は確認された配達日から２日以内に報告されなければなりません。
8. Credit card purchases will incur a 2.4% surcharge.
9. Shipping insurance is optional and payable to customer. Customer may use their own shipping agents with prior notice. We
are not liable for any delivery issues arising from your shipping agent.
10. We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel accounts.
