First unitを8/10に出荷するように、工場へ依頼しました。
しかし、工場側から8/10出荷ができるか確定できるのが8/6と言われています。
ですので、申し訳御座いませんが、確定納期については、8/6まで待って下さい。
設計変更で生じるコストインパクトについては、8/6にはご連絡できる見込みです。
納期へのインパクトは出ない見込みです。
検査には合格しているので、製品の使用は可能だと考えております。
検査成績書を送付するので、これをもって製品の受入をお願いしたく存じます。
I request the factory to ship for first unit on Aug. 10th.
However, the factory says they can fix the date on 6th.
So, I am sorry but please wait until 6th for getting fixed date.
I will inform you about the cost impact which incurs because of design changes.
There may no affection for deadline.
Because the products are passed under inspection, I think you can use them.
I will send you certificate of inspection, so please receive them based on it.
