First unitを8/10に出荷するように、工場へ依頼しました。
しかし、工場側から8/10出荷ができるか確定できるのが8/6と言われています。
ですので、申し訳御座いませんが、確定納期については、8/6まで待って下さい。
設計変更で生じるコストインパクトについては、8/6にはご連絡できる見込みです。
納期へのインパクトは出ない見込みです。
検査には合格しているので、製品の使用は可能だと考えております。
検査成績書を送付するので、これをもって製品の受入をお願いしたく存じます。

I requested the factory to ship the first unit on August 10.
However I was told that it would not be confirmed until August 6 if it can be shipped on August 10 from the factory side.
Therefore, we are sorry but please wait until August 6 for the shipping confirmation.
Concerning the cost impact arising from the design change is likely to be notified on August 6.
There should be no impact to the delivery schedule.
Since it has passed the inspection, I believe the product usage is possible.
I am sending you the inspection result, so please kindly accept the product with it.
