１．”local notary office”はスペインにあるのでしょうか？
私は日本に住んでいます
２．”extra 1% of tax”の支払いは指定されるイタリア口座に振り込めば
宜しいのでしょうか？もしくは特別な手続きが必要なのでしょうか？

I'm sorry. I didn't google it, but I got to know on the seller forum on Amazon.
The quotation was for 4 countries excluding UK.
How much will it cost monthly including UK?
I have some more questions about Spain and Italy.
1. Is "local notary office" in Spain?
I live in Japan.
2. As for "extra 1% of tax", should I transfer money to an account to be designated in Italy?
Or should I take special procedures?
