FedEx in Japan contacted me and told me that a box with 72 bottles inside among 72 boxes you shipped was lost in USA during transport. I received only 5 boxes with 72 bottles per box and a box with 7 bottles for replacement. Could you please ship a box with 72 bottles as a replacement for a missing box ASAP? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I received a message from FedEx Japan that one box of 7 boxes which contain 72 pieces for each was lost during transportation in the US. So, I can only receive six boxes in total, which are five boxes containing 72 pieces and one box including 7 pieces of replacement items. Can you please sent one bow with 72 pieces for the missing one to me as soon as possible? I am looking forward to your reply.

The FedEx in Japan contacted me that one box that has 72 sticks in it out of the 7 boxes you sent me has been lost in the United States during the shipping. So I am going be receiving only 6 boxes in total which go 5 boxes with 72 sticks and the rest one box with replacement seven sticks. Could you please send me the one box with the 72 sticks immediately? I’ll be waiting for your reply.
