Our company is adjusting to make an official letter.
However, we would like you to wait for submission of the letter until Friday this week.
(The reason is that a person in charge of authorizing it is out of office.)
Regarding bar code, I have not checked it yet.
As I will check including if we can handle it or not immediately, may I ask you a patience?
As for A, we are considering the item similar to the drawing attached from specification.
(It is an item that has been made for another company in the past.)
Is the attached drawing all right for you?

We will confirm to see if we can handle it or not ASAP, so please wait a little longer.
