8.4 If the Customer fails to make any payment due to the Supplier under the Contract by the due date for payment, then the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 4% per annum above Barclay's Bank Plc's base rate from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. The Customer shall pay the interest together with the overdue amount.
8.5 The Customer shall pay all amounts due under the Contract in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (except for any deduction or withholding required by law).

8.4 もしも顧客が、サプライヤーへの支払いを決められた日までにしなかった場合、顧客は未払い分につき、バークレイ銀行の利子により年４％の利子をつけて支払う。利子は支払い予定日から実際に支払われた日まで発生し、その決定前後にかかわるものではない。顧客は未払い分と共に利子を支払うものとする。
8.5 顧客は決済資金の形で全額支払う。支払い不足、反訴、（法にのっとった場合を別としての）支払いの減額や留保は認められない。

8.4 顧客が本契約による取引先が原因で期限日までに支払いできなかった場合、顧客は延滞分に対しその時点でのバークレー銀行の基本レートに基づき1年ごとに4%の利息を支払うこととする。この利息は判断の前後にかかわらず期限日から延滞分が実際に支払われるまで日ごとに発生するものとする。顧客は延滞分と同時に利息を支払うものとする。
8.5 顧客は本契約の条件に基づくすべての料金を全額支払うこととし、相殺、反訴、差し引き、差し控えは認められない（法律により必要とされる差し引きや差し控えは例外とする）。

8.4 顧客がその契約において、サプライヤーに対するいかなる支払いを支払期限までに支払えない場合、その都度顧客はBarclay's Bank Plcの基本料金上記年率４%の利息で計上された延滞金を支払う。利息は、判決以前・以降に関わらず実際の未払い額を上限として1日ずつ加算される。顧客は未払金と利息を合わせて支払う。
8.5 顧客は全未払い額を支払う。その際いかなる相殺、反訴、控除、留保は認められない (法律上定められた控除、留保を除く)。

8.4 もし顧客がサプライヤーを原因として、契約書に基づく支払いを遅延してしまった場合、顧客はBarclay's 銀行のベースレートを用いて年率4%の遅延利息を支払う。利息計算において起算日は支払日となり、実際に支払いを行った日までで計算される。顧客は利息込みで支払いを行う。
8.5 顧客は契約書（相殺条項や控訴条項、控除や源泉徴収条項なし）に基づき、全ての金額を支払う（法令で控除や源泉徴収を求められている場合を除く）。
