レザーに凹みがあります。裏側から押してみましたが、直りません。
おそらく肩紐の金属が当たったまま長時間保管されていたため、凹んでしまったように見えます。
私としても関税や手数料、送料が無駄になるので、返品したくないのですが、悩んだ末、今回は返品をさせて頂きたいと思います。
返品はどのようにすればよいでしょうか？

There is a dent on the leather. I tried to push it back from inside, but it didn't work.
It seems that the dent was caused by the long storage with the metal part of the shoulder strap being pressed against the leather.
I actually don't want to return it as I don't want to waste the customs duty, handling charge and shipping charge that I paid.
However, after thinking about it over and over, I've decided to return it this time.
