レザーに凹みがあります。裏側から押してみましたが、直りません。
おそらく肩紐の金属が当たったまま長時間保管されていたため、凹んでしまったように見えます。
私としても関税や手数料、送料が無駄になるので、返品したくないのですが、悩んだ末、今回は返品をさせて頂きたいと思います。

返品はどのようにすればよいでしょうか？
