レザーに凹みがあります。裏側から押してみましたが、直りません。
おそらく肩紐の金属が当たったまま長時間保管されていたため、凹んでしまったように見えます。
私としても関税や手数料、送料が無駄になるので、返品したくないのですが、悩んだ末、今回は返品をさせて頂きたいと思います。

返品はどのようにすればよいでしょうか？

The leather has a dented section. I pushed it from the other side but it did not work.
It seems the leather was dented because it was stored for a long time with the shoulder strap metal being contacted to the leather.
I do not want to return it since I don't want to waste the customs, charges and sending fees. However, after considering about it, I've decided to return it.

How can I return the item?
