上司が本日まで不在でしたので、本件改めて打合せをしました。
その結果、やはり現行の金額ではお受け致しかねるという話になりました。
AについてはすでにUSD〇〇でPOをいただいていますので、
BはUSD〇〇でないと、お受けできません。
もしこのお願いが受け入れられないのであれば、Aのみお受けし、
Bについては辞退をさせていただきたく存じます。
これは私個人の判断ではなく、上司の判断になります。
誠に申し訳ないのですが、金額について再検討をお願い致します。
Though my boss has been absence up to today, I had a meeting about this issue again.
As a result, we reached a decision that it cannot be accepted with the current price.
Regarding A, we have already received PO by USD〇〇. Therefore we cannot accept B without USD〇〇.
If you cannot accept this request, we would like to accept only A, and refuse B.
This is not my own determination, but my boss’s one.
I’m really sorry, but could you please reconsider the price?
