ebayの注文履歴は消えていますので、
返金処理中かもしれませんが、
通常すぐに処理されるはずですので、
システムの不具合が発生している可能性がありそうです。
Paypalの支払いはキャンセルされていません。

1. I checked it again, but refund is not processed.
As history of order at eBay is deleted, it might be in the process of refund.
But as it is usually processed immediately, it is possible that a problem is occurring in the system.
The payment of PayPal has not been cancelled.

As I checked it again, the process of the refund isn't done.
Since the order history on eBay is deleted, it may be middle of processing the refund. There may be a possibility of a system glitch as it should be normally processed right away.
The payment of the PayPal hasn't been canceled.
