There are 2 types of inspection methods, B and C, in A.
Basically, elements that are 10 micron and above carry out C only. If it becomes 5 micron or smaller, the level of precision involved is too fine, and the measurement of B is difficult so elements that are 5 micron or below carry out only C.
It is submerged into element IPA like this. From there air is gradually made to flow, then the value of the pressure when it initially starts to foam is recorded. I think it's hard to see but you can tell it is foaming from the element.
For C, air is made to flow like this then the value of the highest pressure is recorded. You can tell that it is foaming from the entire body of the element.

There are two types of inspection method for A, which are B and C.
Basically, B is performed for an element above 10μ. If it becomes below 5μ, it is hard to measure B because its precision is too detailed, only C is performed.
Like this, sink it in the element IPA. Let the air flow little by little from there, and record the numerical value of the pressure which foamed first. This might be hard to see, but you can tell foams are coming from the element.
As for C, let the air flow like this, and record the numerical value of the pressure which has reached to its maximum. You can tell it is foaming from the entire element.
