これを改善する為に、まずお互いの考えを尊重するところからはじめることを提案します。
もちろん、日本部の職員はあなたを学校長として尊敬しています。

The Japanese division staff refused to change the song.

It has become an environment where thoughts of both sides have mutually piled up and cannot be heard in honesty.
