商品が到着予定日を大幅に超えてしまっている事を申し訳なく思っています。またブラジルポストが商品を紛失してしまったと聞き、私共は非常に残念に思っています。今この件で、日本郵便へ確認をしました。ブラジルポストから日本郵便へ荷物の調査結果の報告が無ければ、返金保証の手続きを行えないそうです。そこでお願いがあるのですがブラジルポストへ、早く日本郵便へ荷物を紛失したと報告するように依頼してくれますか？お客様へは全額返金する予定ですが、申し訳ありませんがもうしばらくお時間をください。

I am terribly sorry that the arrival of the item has further exceeded the expected date of arrival. And we are really sorry to hear that Brazil Post lost the item. I have just confirmed with Japan Post regarding this. They told that then couldn't take steps to issue a refund without the report of investigation result from Brazil Post to Japan Post. So, can you please ask Brazil Post to report to Japan Post that they lost the parcel? We are going to issue a full refund to you. We are sorry for bothering you, but can you please allow us some more time?

We are sorry for the product being greatly late. Also we feel sorry hearing that the Brazil Post lost the product. At the moment, we checked to Japan Post on this matter. If there is no report on the product investigation result from Brazil Post to Japan Post, it is said we cannot proceed for refund guarantee. The we would like to ask you to tell the Brazil Post to report the loss of the product right away to the Japan Post. Although we are going to issue you a refund, we are sorry but please give us a little time.
