商品受領後30日以上経っていますので返金と交換はできませんが、修理は可能ですので、時計本体を緩衝材で包装し、詳細な故障状況と返送先を記載したメモ紙(様式自由)を添えて、段ボール等に入れて指定場所(オレゴン州)にお送りください。送料を安くするため、時計の化粧箱や付属品は送らないでください。指定場所までの送料はお客様負担となりますが、それ以外の送料と修理費は当店で負担します。指定場所に時計が届いてから、お客様に修理品をお届けするまで6～7週間程度かかりますので、ご了承願います。

As it has been more than 30 days after receiving the product, we cannot issue a refund neither replace it. As repair is possible, you can pack the clock itself in a buffer packing with a memo (what paper ever you can use) written its breakdown state in detail and your address, please ship to an appointed place (State of Oregon) in a such as cardboard box. To make shipping cost lower, please do not ship the watch's box and accessories. Although you must pay for the shipping cost to the appointed place, except that, we will own other shipping cost and repair fee. When the watch is delivered to the appointed place, please under stand as it takes about 6~7 weeks to reach the repaired item to you.

As it past more than 30 days after you received the purchased item, we can’t refund or exchange. However, repare would be available. So please send the watch itself, packaged with coushionig materials and a note explaining about its detailed malfunction and the return address , to the designated location (Oregon). In order to reduce the shipping cost, please don’t enclose the accessories or provided box with. The shipping cost to the designated location will be borne by customers, but other shipping cost and the repair cost will be covered by our store. Please understand that it would take 6-7 weeks until you receive the watch repaired after it get to the designated place.
