商品受領後30日以上経っていますので返金と交換はできませんが、修理は可能ですので、時計本体を緩衝材で包装し、詳細な故障状況と返送先を記載したメモ紙(様式自由)を添えて、段ボール等に入れて指定場所(オレゴン州)にお送りください。送料を安くするため、時計の化粧箱や付属品は送らないでください。指定場所までの送料はお客様負担となりますが、それ以外の送料と修理費は当店で負担します。指定場所に時計が届いてから、お客様に修理品をお届けするまで6～7週間程度かかりますので、ご了承願います。

Although it can not be refund and exchanged because of passing more than 30 days after receipt of goods. it is repairable.
Then, please wrap the watch with cushioning material and send back to the place designated(Oregon State) with a cardboard box including notepad (free format) describing detailed situation of failure and return address.
Please do not send us watch gift boxes and accessories if you want to lower shipping cost.
Although you bear the shipping fee to the designated place, we bear other fee and repair cost.
And please note that it takes about 6 to 7 weeks to deliver the repaired item to the customer after the clock arrives at the designated location.
