The other day, we let you know that we would ship the item on November 10th, but the shipment is now delayed because it is taking time to inspect the item. So we will be able to ship the item on November 13th. If we can ship the item on November 13th, the item will arrive at the destination which you specified around November 16th. We are really sorry for having kept you waiting, but we would appreciate if you can wait for a while.

Therefore the goods is going to be shipped on 13th Nov. In case the shipment takes place on 13th Nov, the package will be arrived around 16th Nov to your instructed shipment address.
