Twin Bliueという製品は分かりませんが、女性用の赤いジャケットは"アジアサイズ"のMediumサイズです。
適応身長は大体154-162cmです。
アジアサイズのXLサイズの女性用もあるが、こちらでも160-170cmの方用なので、男性には小さいかと思います。
工房の方には男性用の赤入りのジャケットが欲しいお客様がいらっしゃる旨をお伝えしますが、何分小さな工房で製造しておりまして、既存の製品を作るので手一杯の状態です。

I do not know about Twin Bliue but the Asian size of red jacket for women is medium size.
It will be suitable for those with the height of 154-162 cm.
We have XL size as Asian size for women but this is for those with the height of 160-170 cm. It might be too small for men.
I will tell the studio staff that you want a red jacket for men but this studio is making them with very few people so they are very occupied by producing their current products.
