送金未着の件についてです。
日本の銀行で調査の結果、資金は10/2にアメリカの銀行に戻されています。
確認していただけますか。
私が送金先に指定した銀行は”☆銀行”ですが、
中継先の銀行である”Citibank”になっていたたために、
こちらで受け取ることができませんでした。
送金先は書類の通り”☆銀行”宛にお願いします。
”Citibank”はあくまで中継銀行です。
再度書類を送付しますのでよろしくお願いします。
そして手続きが終わりましたらまたご連絡ください。

This is about the unsettled payment.
According to the investigation by a Japanese bank, the fund has been returned to the US bank on 10/2.
Could you confirm this?
The bank I designated to send the fund is "☆ bank"
but the intermediating bank was "Citibank" and therefore I could not receive it.
Please make "☆ bank" the receiving bank as per the document.
"Citibank" in just the intermediating bank.
I will send the document once again so please process them.
Please let us know when all the process has been completed also.
