USBの接続不良の件
ご連絡いただいた手順を試しましたが、症状が直りません。
USBケーブルに触れるとLEDが点灯したり消えたりするので、単純な接触不良だと思います。
動画をアップロードしたので確認をお願いします。
※動画は数日後に削除します。
商品Aを日本語化もしくは英語化することは可能でしょうか。

With the regard to bad connection of USB,
I tried the procedure which you informed, but the condition does not recover.
LED turns on and off when I touch USB cable, so I think it is simply bad connection.
I uploaded the movie, so please check it on your side.
*The movie will be deleted in a few days.
Would it be possible to make the product A localize into Japanese or English?

As for the defect of USB connect
I have tried order you told me, but it does not work.
When touched USB cable, LED turns on/off and so it seems to be a simple connection defect.
Please see the attached DVD.
