9/18に発送して頂いた3個口の荷物の件で調べて頂きたいです。
3つのうち2つは9/24に日本に到着したのですが、トラッキングナンバー12345が、国際交換局から発送されましが、まだ日本に到着していません。日本の郵便局に問合せたところ、発送元からも調べて頂きたいとのことです。前回も箱のダメージ到着があったので、今回も荷物が消失したのではないかと、大変心配しています。3個口の荷物の為、3個揃うまで関税が通過できず、困っています。お忙しいとは思いますが、発送調査を御願いします。

Please investigate on 3 box lot you sent out on September 18th.
Out of 3 boxes, 2 arrived at Japan on September 24th, and tracking number 12345 was sent out from the international center but has not arrived at Japan yet. I checked with Japan post and they asked to check from sender side, too. Last time the box had damage, and I'm very worried that parcel might have gotten lost this time as well. As parcel comes in 3 pieces, I cannot clear the customs until all 3 arrives, and I am troubled. I'm afraid to disturb during your busy time but please kindly check shipment.

I would like you to investigate regarding the 3 parcels that you dispatched on 9/18.
Two of the three arrived at Japan on 9/24 but the one with with tracking number 12345 issued by outward office of exchange has not arrived to Japan. I asked Japanese Post Office and was told that the sender should investigate also. My parcel last time arrive with damaged box. I am very worried that the parcel might be lost this time. Also I am at loss as all the three has not arrived I cannot get the custom clearance to get into Japan. Could you please investigate this despite your busy schedule.
