Since I use Upwork for the first time and don't know how the process goes, would it be better to post a request again by using the fixed charge method?

今予算の都合上、本文量を調整しているのですが、表紙も含めると13カット〜17カットになるかもしれません。
We are adjusting the volume due to the current budget but it will probably 13 to 17 cuts including the cover page.
本の内容をDVDもしくはYoutube掲載用にVideoにする場合は、1カットにつき5＄UPで
