製品のロットは写真刻印から、○○と判明しました。
その製造履歴を確認したところ、問題はございませんでした。
Aにフェルトガスケットを付けているということは、不良が起きたのは開梱時ではないと思いますが、開梱時の製品写真はありませんか？（ガスケット無しの状態での写真 等）
また、梱包状態の写真はございませんか。（段ボールの潰れや、袋が破けている 等が無かったかを確認したいです。）
※梱包状態は１ヶ１ヶ袋に入れて段ボール（内箱）に入れた後、更に内箱4箱を外箱1箱に梱包しています。

I don't think the defect was made when the package was opened because the felt gasket was put on A, but don't you have the picture taken when the package was opened? (the picture showing it without the gasket etc.)
Also don't you have the picture showing the package is opened? (I would like to confirm whether the cardboard box is damaged or not and whether the bag is broken or not,)
