私はB会社にもスケジュールを確認しましたが、9〜10月は秋花火のイベント準備のため、見学の受け入れが出来ないようです。
Cさん（B会社の）は11月以降であれば見学可能と話していました。11月で訪問日を調整することは可能ですか？

I've made a reservation for a visit to A center on October 15. The schedule is the same as the one from the spring semester.
I've confirmed the schedule with B company as well, but the study trip is not possible because from September to October they will be preparing for the autumn fireworks event.
C (from B company) said that the study trip will be possible from November onward. Can we adjust the visit date to November?

I have promised to visit the A center on October 15. The schedule is the same as the Spring school term.
I have also confirmed the schedule with B company but because September to October is the preparation for the autimn fireworks event it seems they can't entertain visits for observation.
C-san (of B company) said that an observation visit is possible if it's November onwards. Can we adjust the visit date to November?
