サンテックの出原さんと電話で話をしましたが、私のほうが独占で販売するなら彼は販売を差し止めると言っています。

もし、製品Aをサンテックに今後も販売するというのでしたら、

I talked with Izuhara in Suntech over the phone, but he told me that they would stop selling if we would exclusively sell the product.

I've told him that I will buy all of their inventory.
