今回の不良現象について技術部に問い合わせましたが、添付いただいた写真のような割れ不良を見たことは無いとの事です。原因についても確認中ですので、追ってご連絡致します。

・いつ納入したロットでしょうか？
・割れ不良は1つですか？ロット全てでしょうか？
・使用温度は120℃以下ですか？（カタログの使用温度）
・落としたりぶつけたりしていませんか？（割れる可能性があります）
・圧縮（または引張り）の力が加わる環境や使い方をしていませんか？
・高温多湿環境で長期間保管されていませんでしたか？

I inquired about defect this time to technology department, but they said that they have not seen this kind of crack.

When was the lot delivered?
Is there only one defect by crack or all lots?
Is temperature used lower than 120 degrees? (temperature used for catalog)
Has it been dropped or hit?(it can be cracked)
Don't you use it under the environment where compression (or pulling) is added?
Hasn't is been stored for a long time under the hot and humid environment?
