我々の注文の出荷準備はどうなってるでしょうか？
Aさんから8月3日に受け取ったメールではパッキングが終わり、8月7日には出荷できるとの話でしたが、パッキングがまだ終わってないのでしょうか？それとも事務処理が終わってないのでしょうか？送金から間も無く2ヶ月になります。貴社から商品が出荷されて我々が実際に受け取るまでにさらに2ヶ月前後かかりますので、我々にとってとても厳しい状況です。出荷状況の詳細を教えて下さい。
How is the shipping preparations for our order going?
According the e-mail I received from A on August 3, the packing was already done, and it can be delivered by August 7, but is the packing actually not done yet? Or is the paperwork not done yet? It will soon be two months since I transferred the money. It will take another two months from you delivering the package until it arrives at our place, so it's a rather dire situation for us. Please tell me the details of the shipping circumstances.
