Regarding B, as I inquired of this item to the supplier, they say that they do not have the stock currently and the next arrival of the item would be September 8th.
We apologize the convenience this may cause due to the lack of our confirmation.
We will receive A tomorrow, so we are going to ship it out tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
We will send B soon after we prepare to ship, so would you please wait for a while?
If you accept our proposal, we would like to refund of ** USD as a token of apology.

こたつテーブルにはお持ちの毛布のようなものをかけて使用していただき、布団セットの到着をお待ちいただければ大変ありがたいのですが。。。

I would really appreciate if you use by laying your blanket on the Kotatsu table and wait for the arrival of Futon set.

It seems to be shipped around 10th Sep. It takes 3 days ordinary that shipping from here to Washington U.S..
