このキアラさんの連絡先はわかりますか?電話をしてもエクステンションナンバーが分からず、キアラさんにつながりません。
荷物はこの会社の倉庫にあるのですが、C社に渡せず困っています。
日本のフォワーダーがあまりに対応が悪く、C社に替えたのですが、
日本のフォワーダーが手配したE社と連絡がとれないという状況です。
私のほうでお願いした輸送なのに、情けない話ですが・・・。
日本で品切れになり、アマゾンランクも大きく下がり、販売継続が困難な状況にまでなっています。
まさかこんな状況になるとは!

Do you know Kiara's contact address? I tried calling but I don't know the extension number so it won't connect to Kiara.
The package is in this company's warehouse, but it's not delivered to C company, putting me in a trouble.
Japanese forwarder had very bad support so I switched to C company, but currently I can't get in contact with E company that the Japanese company arranged.
It's a bit pathetic that this is a transport I requested...
The stock has ran out in Japan, and the Amazon rank also dropped significantly. We're having difficulty maintaining sales.
I can't believe we ended up in this situation!

But I cannot contact E that the Japanese forwarder arranged.
