このキアラさんの連絡先はわかりますか？電話をしてもエクステンションナンバーが分からず、キアラさんにつながりません。
荷物はこの会社の倉庫にあるのですが、C社に渡せず困っています。

日本のフォワーダーがあまりに対応が悪く、C社に替えたのですが、
日本のフォワーダーが手配したE社と連絡がとれないという状況です。
私のほうでお願いした輸送なのに、情けない話ですが・・・。

日本で品切れになり、アマゾンランクも大きく下がり、販売継続が困難な状況にまでなっています。
まさかこんな状況になるとは！

Do you know how I can contact Kiara? I tried to call, but do not know extension number and cannot contact him or her.
The item is in warehouse of the company. I cannot hand it out to C and do not know how to handle it.

I changed to C since Japanese forwarder handles us in the very bad manner.
But I cannot contact E that the Japanese forwarder arranged.
This is the delivery I asked by myself. It is disappointing.

As it is out of stock in Japan and ranking in Amazon went down drastically, it is difficult to continue sales.
I have not expected that this kind of situation occurs.
