貴方のワーキングビザを申請したのですが、申請は本人でないとできないということで申請を受け付けて貰えませんでした。
国内に居る方のビザの申請は、原則本人しか行えないとのことでした。海外在住の外国人の方のビザ申請は行ったことがあったので、今回も同様かと誤解していました。確認不足で申し訳ありません。
申し訳ないのですが、ビザの申請をご自身で、東京入国管理局で行っていただけますか。申請の書類一式は準備しましたので、取りに来ていただくか、郵送しますが、どちらが宜しいでしょうか。

They said that the application of VISA for the person being in the country should be submitted in person as general rule.
I had submitted for the foreigner living in overseas, so I misunderstood this would be the same flow. I am very sorry for lack of confirmation.
I am sorry to say but would you please go to Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau and submit the application by yourself?
I prepared the set of the application documents. Which would it be convenient to you, you will come to pick up them or I will send you them?
