貴方のワーキングビザを申請したのですが、申請は本人でないとできないということで申請を受け付けて貰えませんでした。
国内に居る方のビザの申請は、原則本人しか行えないとのことでした。海外在住の外国人の方のビザ申請は行ったことがあったので、今回も同様かと誤解していました。確認不足で申し訳ありません。
申し訳ないのですが、ビザの申請をご自身で、東京入国管理局で行っていただけますか。申請の書類一式は準備しましたので、取りに来ていただくか、郵送しますが、どちらが宜しいでしょうか。

Though I have applied your working visa, the application was denied since other than you cannot apply it.
Regarding the visa application for the person living in the country, only himself/herself can apply it in principle. Though I have applied visa for the person living overseas, I misunderstood that this is the same case.
I’m so sorry, but could you please apply your visa on yourself at Immigration Bureau in Tokyo? I prepared a set of documents for application. Which is better for you, coming to us or sending to you?
