ご返信をお願いするメールを
お送りしておりました
しかし
メール送信から10日後の時点で
ご返信がなかったため
ご注文は自動キャンセルとなっております
恐れ入りますが
楽天サイトより
もう一度ご注文のお手続きを
いただけますでしょうか?
お支払い総額は
本日のメールを持ちまして
ご承認頂けておりますので
15時までにご注文頂ければ
即日発送が可能です

I sent the reply of "Do you agree with the total amount" by mail for the 7/12 and 7/14 but
10 days have passed since I sent the email and because there was no answer the order canceled automaticaly.
I know it's a lot of trouble but could you please make the order procedure once more time in the Rakuten website?
Regarding the total amount, the details are in the email I sent today and I have accepted the amount so
If you could make the order until the 15:00, the shipment can be done today.
