製品B・・故障が多い。在庫を抱えた業者が何人かいて苦戦している。（おそらく彼らは今回のロットを最後に、購入はしないでしょう。）
残念ながら、値段が合わないので、製品Cと一緒に購入することができません。
しかし！私は製品Cをどうしても日本で売りたい
最初だけ、どうか150台のロットで販売していただけないでしょうか？

Product A... rival products are being sold as much as 10 dollars, sales are tight
product B ,,, several breakdowns. Some merchants who hold the inventory are suffering. (Probably because they can't sell the current lot recently.)
It's a shame but I can't meet the price so I can't purchase them with product C.
As the first time, can't you somehow sell it to me as a 150 pc lot?
Buying 150 pcs is only for this first time.
