As our shop and the brick-and-mortar shop in Japan share the stocks, there might be a case that the item which the customer has purchased gets just out of stock, which is extremely rare, though.
By any chance we have such a case, we will contact the customer within 24 hours to let the customer know about it, and to issue a full refund.
