7月3日に"ロシアの国際交換局から発送"以降更新されていません。
商品はまだ届いていないのでしょうか？

As I confirmed your merchandise with the tracking website, it has not been updated since it was "shipped from the Russian international exchange" on July 3rd. I wonder if the item has not been delivered to you yet?
