今回諸事情により商品の販売が出来なくなってしまった為ご連絡させて頂きました。
実は昨年12月より半年間の海外単身赴任が決定したため一時的に販売を中止して出発したつもりだったのですが今回私のミスにより販売商品が陳列したままの状態で半年ほどサイトが機能していた事が昨日判明致しました。
出品業務等を全て外注さんに依頼していた事による完全なる私のミスです、誠に申し訳ございません。
現在返金対応などに追われており商品発送業務なども一時停止させて頂く形となりました。
As a matter of fact, since December of last year I was transferred overseas so I have already thought of temporarily suspending the sales since then. However, due to an error, the product was still put up for sale and the site still continued to operate for half a year, and I only realized this yesterday.
All of the sales display operational was outsourced, so this is entirely my fault. I am terribly sorry for this.
I am now following the refund procedures, and have stopped the product delivery operational temporarily.
In fact, because I had to be stationed to work overseas away from my family for a half year from last December, I thought that I had canceled the sale temporarily before leaving, but this time it turned out yesterday that the site performed in the state that the sale product was being exhibited by my mistake for approximately a half year.
I am very sorry that it was my complete mistake by having asked the outside supplier to take over all the exhibition works.
I am doing my best to refund and so on, and also I have stopped the product shipment etc. for the time being.
The sale of the products was thought to be temporarily suspended due to my taking an oversea job assignment for half a year starting the last December; however, it was found yesterday that the sales item had been displayed at the website for another half year. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, I take full responsibility for totally outsourcing the display and other sales affairs.
Currently, I am overloaded with processing refunds, and hence other services such as product shipping are temporarily suspended.
