(b) Shigematsu must not alter or tamper with the Packaging, or re package or redistribute any Products (including any Products that have been returned to Shigematsu). However, Shigematsu is entitled to make combined products to adapt to requirements of specialized market provided that it receives Ansell’s prior approval.
