クレジットカード決済エラーの件
クレジットカード会社に問い合わせました。
昨日、このカードで決済を取ろうとした形跡がないとの回答がありました。
カード番号が合っているかどうか確認して下さい。
もう一度カード番号を送ります。
5月10日に出荷してもらった商品については、カード決済出来たのですよね？
今回出来なかった原因が何か、そちらでわかるでしょうか？
また、一部の注文だけでも決済が取れませんか？
もしクレジットカード決済が無理なら、銀行振込など他の方法で支払いを受け付けて下さい。

About the products that you sent for me on May 10, did the credit card payment come through?
Can you find out from your end why it can't be done this time?
And why it can't even pay for just part of the order?
If it's impossible to pay by credit card, please accept payment by other means, such as bank transfer.
