1. この商品はSellerのもとに戻るのでしょうか? それとも、FedExのClaim Facility(クレーム処理施設)で破損原因が検査されるのでしょうか?
とりあずFedExに連絡をしましたが、集荷をお願いするのにはこちらで用意したラベルが必要になります。

A transfer company sent me the following email.
1. Is this item going to be sent back to the seller? Or is the reason of the damage going to be inspected at the claim facility at Fedex?
I contacted Fedex but they will require a prepaid shipping label to collect the item.

I got an e-mail below;
1. Does this item return to the seller? Or, is this item checked up the reason why broken at the Claim Facility of FedEx(the facility of claim management)?
Tentatively, I contacted FedEx, but the label prepared by us is needed for collecting shipment.

I received the below email address from the transfer company.
1.Will this product return to the seller?
And, will there be damage inspection of the product in Claim facility section of Fedex.
For time being I have contacted Fedex but, for pickup facility there is a necessity to put the following prepared label.

I have contacted FedEx in the first instance, but I would need the label first before booking another cargo.
