1. この商品はSellerのもとに戻るのでしょうか? それとも、FedExのClaim Facility(クレーム処理施設)で破損原因が検査されるのでしょうか?

とりあずFedExに連絡をしましたが、集荷をお願いするのにはこちらで用意したラベルが必要になります。

I have received the following e-mail from the shipping company.

1. Is this item to be returned to the seller? Or should the cause of damage be investigated through FedEx's claim facility (claims processing department)?

I have contacted FedEx in the first instance, but I would need the label first before booking another cargo.
