4月5日に商品が届き、中身を確認しましたが五着頼んだはずが四着しか入っていませんでした。画像を見て頂くとわかるようにナンバー〇が入っていません。至急送ってください。また、ナンバー〇の商品ですが赤いニットなのに縫製されている糸が白でした。着用せずとも白い糸が外側から丸見え、また、袖口が二つともボロボロでとても着れる洋服ではありません。ナンバー〇も同様に袖口がボロボロです。これらは不良品ではないでしょうか？至急連絡をください。

The items were delivered on April 5th. Then I confirmed the package, but I found only 4 pieces out of 5 pieces that I ordered were there. As you can see in the picture attached, the number 〇 was not included. Please send it to me right away. And, regarding item with number 〇, the sewn thread was white in spite that the item was the red knitted clothes. The white thread is visible from outside even when it is not worn, and the both of the cuffs are heavily damaged so I cannot wear it by any means. The item with number 〇 has damaged cuffs as well. Aren't they defective items? Please reply to me as soon as possible.

The item arrived on the 5th of Apr, and I checked it. There was supposed to be five but there were only four items. As you can see the image, the number O is missing. Please send it as soon as possible. Also, regarding the item number O, it was supposed to be sewed with the red thread but it was done with the white thread. Without wearing it, the white thread can be seen completely from the outside. The cuffs were both ragged and it is impossible to wear. The cuffs of the number O are also ruined. I wonder these are all damaged items. Please contact me as soon as possible.

Also, I have noticed a few imperfection of the following items. First, regarding the item number O, it is supposed to be a red knitted sweater, but it is sewn with white thread, which is quite visible on the outer surface at first glance even before wearing it. Not only that, both cuffs are ragged, so it is not wearable at all. The item number O has also ragged cuffs.
The above-mentioned items seem to be defective products to me. Are these defects?

The articles arrived on the 5th of April, I confirmed the contents but even though I ordered five units only 4 were inside. You con check that the number X is not inside by looking at the picture. Please ship it urgently. Also, regarding the number X of articles, it should be of red knit but it is thread wich was used is white. Without wearing it the white thread is completely visible. Also, both of the armholes are worn out, they are not western clothes that can be worn. The number X has also worn out armholes. These aren't defective products, right?
