我々は3月末時点でA社の株式の減損をしなければならない可能性が高い。
我々がそれを実施した場合、B社グループ（B社研究所含む）とA社との協業関係や、
今後のB社グループ各社とのビジネスに影響が出るだろう。
我々がこの減損を回避する為には、次の資金調達を5月末に終えるもしくは事業継続が可能であるという情報を我々の会計士に示す必要がある。

Can you please tell me the status of the next financing?
We highly possibly need to impair the stock of Company A at the timing of the end of March.
In the case we carry out it, it would affect the business partnership between Company B group (including Company B Research Center) and Company A and the business with each company in Company B group in the future.
In order for us to avoid this impairment, we need to show the information to our accountant that we would be able to raise the next funds by the end of May or that we can keep the enterprise from now on.
I would like you to get your suggestion as a lead investor.
