我々は3月末時点でA社の株式の減損をしなければならない可能性が高い。
我々がそれを実施した場合、B社グループ（B社研究所含む）とA社との協業関係や、
今後のB社グループ各社とのビジネスに影響が出るだろう。
我々がこの減損を回避する為には、次の資金調達を5月末に終えるもしくは事業継続が可能であるという情報を我々の会計士に示す必要がある。

There is a high possibility that we have to reduce the stock of A at the end of March.
When we reduce it, cooperative relationship between B group (including research institute of B) and A as well as business with each subsidiary of B in the future will be affected.
To avoid this reduction, we have to complete the next collection of fund at the end of May or inform our accountant the information that we can continue the business.
