本日、注文した商品が全て届きました。
最初に注文した30個の商品の中に2本の不良品がありました。
一つは、時計の針が動いたり止まったりします。当社にて電池を交換してみましたが症状は改善されませんでした。
もう一つは、60分間計の針が取付けられていませんでした。
お写真を添付しますのでご確認ください。
針の欠品に関しては、次回の注文時に一緒に送って頂けましたら大丈夫なのです。
動作不良品に関しては、どのようにしたら良いのでしょうか?
ご返送する場合の送料等もどのようにしたら良いのでしょうか?

All the ordered items arrived today.
There were two defective items of the 30 initially ordered items.
One of the two, the hands of the clock stops from time to time. We replaced the battery but the symptoms did not improved.
The other, the needle for 60 minutes was missing.
Please check the attached photos.
As for the lack of the needle, please send it together with the next order.
Regarding the items with the operation defective, how shall we deal with it?
Please notify me what to do with the return shipping fee etc.

There were two pieces of defective items among the 30 pieces of the items which I ordered first.
The clock hand of one of the defective item sometimes moves and stops occasionally. We replaced the battery with a new one, but it did not solve the issue. In the other defective one, a long hand was missing.

Regarding the missing long hand, it is OK for you to send it in the next delivery of our order.
