園での活動中に撮影する園児の画像、映像等を当園の説明会や紙媒体、オンライン等で使用することがあります。不都合のある場合は、あらかじめご相談下さい。画像、映像等の使用を禁止するお申し出のない場合は、上記目的の限度で、当園が園児の肖像権を無償で使用することを承諾したものとしますので、ご確認、ご了承のほどお願いします。

Yet, after listing of such as images and DVDs, when parents asks about it, the kindergarden cope with deleting the images and DVDs from the media, stopping using the images and DVDs.
